SUMMARY:2025 Bag Hunger Campaign
DESCRIPTION:The Bag Hunger Campaign is a collaborative effort between grocers\, vendors\, and consumers\, designed to boost donations for food shelves across Minnesota.Since 2008\, hunger relief initiatives led by the Minnesota Grocers Association have helped provide over 45 million meals to Minnesota families. With a new goal of raising 1 million meals by 2025\, MGA invites consumers across the state to support the 2025 Bag Hunger Campaign by shopping at participating stores. All donations collected will directly support local food shelves and banks\, helping to feed families in need throughout Minnesota.At the end of the campaign\, all participants are encouraged to report their donation totals and share details about the initiatives they implemented. Submissions will be reviewed for a chance to win a Silver Plate Award and a $1\,000 donation to a local food charity of the winner's choice.
